John Wyatte Foard, CPA/Founder

John Wyatte Foard started his career at BDO Seidman, LLP working on a variety of clients from small privately held companies and not-for-profits to multi-million dollar publicly traded corporations. Desiring to be a part of the rebuilding of New Orleans post-Katrina, John moved to work for a local accounting firm for 8 year where he served as Senior Audit Manager on audits of several area not-for-profit organizations.  John parted ways to open his own firm in 2016 where he continues to assist not-for-profits to succeed through assurance, tax, and consulting services.

 

Samuel Brantley, Staff Auditor/Accountant

 

Samuel began his career as an accountant specializing in art galleries and individual artist assurance fresh out of college way back in 2000. He relocated to New York, NY in 2001 and while there managed the accounting staff for an interior design firm, and then moved into controller-ship duties in the medical personnel consulting field.
He returned to New Orleans in 2005 and has since worked in the private sector with areas of special focus including licensing and regulatory filings and compliance across multiple state jurisdictions; fixed asset management, full charge bookkeeping, property and sales tax filings and compliance for multiple state jurisdictions; payroll administration and HR compliance.
